A Professional Consultants Certificate (PCC) is a certificate recognised and approved by the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) that certifies that your building project has been built to the approved design and specification.
Pro-found provide Professional Consultant Certificates throughout Scotland, Northumberland and Cumbria.
Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) Calculatons
Pro-found are accredited SAP assessors for new build residential construction.

We can deliver a range of services that have been tailored to assist self-builders in realising their projects. Our team are passionate about self-build. Our founding director completed his first self-build project at the age of 26 and had previously been involved in many other self-build projects.
We are members of the National Custom & Self Build Association (NaCSBA), a network of individuals and companies with the common aim of promoting self-build as a form of housing delivery that can make a significant contribution to home building in the UK.
